We will not share your personal data with any company outside of Shevet Achim UK for marketing purposes.

We keep your data for as long as it is necessary to provide the services that you have asked for, and to meet our legal obligations to HMRC and other accounting regulations e.g. to fulfil money laundering regulations. As a general rule, we will keep your data for six years from the end of your relationship with us. Any data kept on paper after this time will be securely shredded.

We may contact you from time to time to give updates on any relevant developments within the charity but will not engage in any communication with you for marketing purposes. You can ask us to stop sending you information or newsletters by email or post by contacting us  at any time.
